Dominic Joseph Venticinque
Co-creative Direction | Art Direction | Design | Production
For over 20 years Dominic Joseph Venticinque has produced high-end design and illustration for an extensive list of clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and research industries, including Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Wyeth, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP), NINDS Clinical Research Collaboration, and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He was a featured artist by the National Association of Photoshop Professionals (NAPP), a featured designer in the Pantone Canvas Gallery, and has been spotlighted in several industry magazines. His success is due in large part to his history.
In 1990 Dominic began college excelling in architecture, however, he quickly realized the creative limitations such a field presented. Seeking fewer boundaries, Dominic switched his major to graphic design, and has never looked back.
Throughout the 1990s Dominic was a standout designer at each of the various companies for which he worked, while simultaneously freelancing for a wide range of clients. In 1999 Medical Communications Media (MCM) hired Dominic as a Senior Graphic Designer. His work was so well received by colleagues and clients alike, he was quickly promoted to Art Director. During his 13-year tenure at MCM, Dominic was solely responsible for developing over 30 educational brands per year for major pharmaceutical companies, medical associations, and government agencies. During that time he continued to take on selective freelance projects.
In 2012 Dominic made the decision to become a full-time, independent designer, and DJV Creative was born. Since inception, DJV Creative has done work for an impressive list of clients, including Sapient Global Markets, Aramark, Fidelity, and ETHOS Health Communications. The work speaks for itselfaconceptual, targeted, and highly polished. Craftsmanship and great attention to detail lay at the foundation of Dominicas success.
